How long does a typical project take? +
Most projects take between 4–8 weeks depending on scope and complexity. A simple 5-page website can be completed in 3–4 weeks, while a full brand identity + website project typically takes 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline during our initial discovery call.
Do you work with clients outside of Los Angeles? +
Absolutely. While we're based in LA, we work with clients across the United States and internationally. All our collaboration happens remotely via video calls, shared documents, and project management tools — distance is never a barrier.
What do you need from me to get started? +
To kick things off, we'll need a basic project brief (which we can help you write), any existing brand assets like logos or brand guidelines, and a signed contract with a deposit. The rest we'll work through together during our discovery and planning phase.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch? +
Yes! All projects include at least 30 days of post-launch support. For clients who need longer-term maintenance, content updates, or ongoing design work, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $500/month.
What's your payment structure? +
We typically work with a 50% upfront deposit to begin the project, 25% upon design approval, and the final 25% upon launch. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Job Duties

Create Designs According to Management Directives

  • 1Use computer animation and modeling programs to create graphics specified by the management.
  • 2Manipulate images through light, color, texture, shadow, transparency or motion attributes to achieve design target.
  • 3Create designs, drawings, and illustrations with graphic designers and adding multimedia layers to web pages, promotional material, direct emails, or other promotional contents.
  • 4Create and develop prototypes to demonstrate new designs and concepts in multimedia.
  • 5Develop multimedia presentations following other departmental directives for use in web pages, promotional products, promotional literature, newsletters, and others.

Collaboration with Other Staff to Deliver Project

  • 6Generate 2-D and 3-D renderings of graphics, including logos, products, images, or any icons.
  • 7Collaborate with design and marketing team in designing multimedia marketing campaigns.
  • 8Collaborate with other designers in designing and improving web user interface using various media and methods.

Review and Record Keeping

  • 9Analyze data and user feedback to revise and redesign multimedia contents on a regularly basis.
  • 10Transfer and prepare prints from digital camera, film negatives, or proofs in formats as required by the design team.
